By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ah881 platform available at ah881.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ah881 Platform. ah881 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Access to and use of the ah881 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

Submission of false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. ah881 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed within the Player's account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player must have completed full identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed.

ah881 processes withdrawal requests within a target timeframe of fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to verification status and the Player's chosen payment method. ah881 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by ah881 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements detailed in the corresponding promotion description published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all ah881 bonuses include:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ah881 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other Players or any third party with the intent to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.

• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information during registration or at any subsequent point while using the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment gambling, including for commercial purposes.

All content, materials, and software available on the ah881 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game software, user interface designs, and databases — are the exclusive property of ah881 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ah881.

Any unauthorized use of ah881's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ah881, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content or services provided therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, ah881's total cumulative liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their ah881 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ah881 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is not permitted under Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ah881 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for implementing adequate data protection and security measures on their own devices.

ah881 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by ah881.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements compelling ah881 to restrict or terminate access.

Upon account termination for cause, ah881 may forfeit any bonus credits and any winnings derived from prohibited activities. Verified real-money deposits not subject to active bonus obligations will generally be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ah881 customer support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ah881 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to contact ah881 customer support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ah881 will endeavor to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within thirty (30) business days. ah881's records of game outcomes, transaction logs, and account activity shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. ah881's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future.
